How soon after delivery can I enter the GYM?

Entering the GYM after delivery is an individual decision that depends on many factors. These include the route of delivery, the presence or absence of complications after delivery, your pre-pregnancy exercise routine and specific exercises you have in mind. Generally mild to moderate exercises can be commenced as soon as you feel strong enough to commence it. So by and large, there is no ideal time frame as to stay away from or commence exercises, hence your individual preference, state of health and your health provider’s advice should all be put into consideration as to when and the specific exercises that you can subject yourself to.
