The chances of getting pregnant after loosing both fallopian tubes are quite remote and very small. However, if you do get pregnant despite this, it is more likely that the pregnancy is another ectopic pregnancy; yes another ectopic pregnancy! As such, it is important that any subsequent pregnancy must be investigated urgently by a gynecologist to prevent a disaster. But in the more likely event of a difficulty in getting pregnant, in this case due to tubal disease affecting both of your fallopian tubes, your best chance of getting pregnant will be via an assissted reproductive technique such as IVF (in vitro fertilization) and embryo transfer.
